HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD

Have you received a Norwood Theatre gift card as a gift? Great! Here’s how you use it.

1. All gift cards need to be registered. To do so, you’ll need to follow one of these paths:
   Click or type in the link provided on your gift card (you’ll need to login to an existing Norwood Theatre account, or create a new one) and follow the provided instructions. If you’re already in your Norwood Theatre account, go to your profile and select Gift Cards.
   OR
   Call us at 781-551-9000 and we’ll register it for you. (We can also register at the box office if you’re buying tickets in person.)
   OR
   When purchasing tickets online you’ll see the ability to register a gift card to use as payment for that order.
   
   Whichever path you choose, you’ll need to use the CLAIM CODE listed on your gift card.

   Please remember: The gift card recipient should register the card (not the gift giver) so that they can use it to buy tickets later.
   

2. Purchase tickets over the phone, in person, or online*.

3. Check your balance any time. Once you’ve registered a gift card it will be associated with your Norwood Theatre account. You can check your remaining balance by logging into your account online, or we can check for you at the box office.
